causing noise and abnormal vibration is many, either because of fuel dispenseror exterior elements (pipe trouble). Therefore, it is first to exclude exterior reason of fuel dispenser, then interior one when overcome the above situation. After that, examine strainer and clean dirty. Next parts being checked is overflow valve. Tight spring will stick valve core and generate large noise and vibration. In addition, don’t pursue large flow rate through adjusting spring extensively, since that will shorten the service life of fuel dispenser due to large system pressure. If noise is still large after the above maintenance, pump should be disassembled so as to examine vane and spring whether broken. If these parts are broken the outlet flow fluctuation of pump would be enhanced, as well as noise and vibration. The solution method is to change a new vane and spring. Leakage L fuel dispenser eakage is divided as two categories, namely, inner leakage and outer leakage. Under the high oil pressure in hydraulic system oil is leak from high pressure area to low area, which is called inner leakage. The abrasion of vane, rotor and frame result in extensive inner leakage so as to reduce delivery volume of fuel dispenser. The outer leakage is the one oil leak from inner hydraulic system into outer, which increase unsafe environmental elements except from affecting the normal working performance of pump. To change a new oil seal whe fuel dispenser n find a leakage coming from the root of pump axis. Be sure that don’t make a mistake in installing oil seal. Diagram 2-7 show the correct position ----- the labium of oil seal should fuel dispenser face to inner chamber. In addition, tight V wheel also hurts the surface of oil seal next to pump axis so that its capacity is invalid. Diagram 2-7 The most leaking sections are the connecting face---- between pump cover and pump frame, between pump frame and vapor separator, place of cap nut of overflow valve. All of reasons are damaged seal loop or seal gasket, thus change new sealed components as soon as quickly.

currently fuelling do not stop the transaction. Continue to dispense fuel until the end of the transaction or a previous defined limit has been reached. Basically the off-line situation has no affect on the operation of the Dispenser. Do not remove the off-line SC device from the Recipient Table. 5.4.2 Actions when a Dispenser recognises that a SC comes back on-line The Dispenser can recognise that a SC device that has been entered into its recipient table is back on line when it receives a heartbeat from the SC device. DO: Send the unsolicited status and transaction messages to the SC that has come on-line. Please note that this event will cause every dispenser to do the same action so the network could get busy . Start sending unsolicited messages to the SC device as normal. 5.4 fuel dispenser .3 Actions when a SC recognises that a Dispenser is off-line The SC recognises that the Dispenser device has gone off-line when it does not receive a heartbeat within the duration of 3 times the heartbeat interval (normally 3 times 10 seconds = 30 seconds). DO: Indicate to the system operator (cashier) that the Dispenser device has gone off-line. DO: Request the Dispenser s status and transaction details. 5.4.5 Correct Manner of removing a SC from the Network When a SC is to be removed from the network or taken off-line the following actions should be carried out: Remove the SC s address from all dispensers Recipient Table.

n August 9th 2001 George Bush decreed that no federal money could be spent on research on embryonic stem-cell cultures (known as “lines created after that date. Last month, he vetoed a congressional bill to allow the financing of such research. It is all very messy. But researchers at the laboratories of Advanced Cell Technology in Worcester, Massachusetts, think they have discovered a way out of this problem. A paper just published in the online edition of Nature by five of the firm s scientists describes a technique that might allow the creation of new embryonic stem-cell lines without destroying the embryo they are derived from. Worcester source The technique is derived from a procedure already used during in vitro fertilisation (IVF). One reason a couple might choose a Petri dish to unite their eggs and sperm rather than the traditional method, is if fuel dispenser one of them carries the gene for a disease. Once a fertilised egg has divided into eight cells, one of those cells can be removed in a biopsy without reducing the chance of a successful pregnancy. The removed cell can be examined and, if the gene in question is present, the embryo it came from will not be implanted into the mother. ACT s researchers were not the first to think that such biopsied cells might, instead, be encouraged to reproduce—thus generating a line of stem cells. But they are the first to have succeeded. The tric fuel dispenser k was to culture the individual cells separately while allowing them to share the same liquid medium. Previous attempts had isolated the cells. Culturing them together in this way al fuel dispenser lowed them to encourage each other s growth by chemical signals through the medium. The firm s success is not, however, quite as clear-cut as it seems. The researchers had only 16 embryos (which had originally been created for IVF but were deemed surplus to requirements), so to maximise the number of cells they had to play with, they used most of the cells in each. That, of course, destroyed the embryos, so their te
